These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Property Investment Simulator (the "App"). By creating an account, purchasing Premium, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The App is operated by PropertyInvestmentContact ("we", "us", "our"). Support: chris@propertyinvestmentcontact.co.uk.
2. The App is educational
The App is provided for educational and information purposes only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Any outputs are examples and do not guarantee real-world outcomes.
We use real-world data sources where available (for example, historical UK house price data) to improve realism, but property markets are unpredictable. You are responsible for your own decisions and due diligence.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account details and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Premium subscriptions & billing
- Premium payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime. Access remains until the end of your paid period unless Stripe policy applies.
- Refunds (if any) are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, unless required by law.
5. Marketing and deal emails
By subscribing or creating an account, you understand that we may email you about off-market property opportunities, new launches, and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the App, attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape private data, or interfere with security.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including the simulator logic, design, content, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by law.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss (including financial loss) arising from your use of the App.
